Running Errands.

The third & final look in 'One item - Three Ways' is this get-up I wore for running errands of moving furniture & hitting up hardware stores. Side note: I do not recommend moving a dresser on your own & shoving said dresser in your hatchback. Anger will ensue. Between work & yoga during the week I have no time to get anything done so as soon the weekend hits I'm off & running. Is that just apart of getting older? If so I'd like to opt out of that plan.

This time I rolled the Old Navy jeans up for a different spin. It was a cooler day out so I paired them with my Brazilian beetle boots & threw on some light layers. I'm crazy obsessed w/this German military jacket. It's like a XXL but I love wearing it over sweaters. Just realized this is a fully thrifted outfit. Don't worry, I'll give myself a pat on the back for you. Xo.

Wearing: Thrifted (Everything), German Military jacket, wool scarf, Irish wool sweater, J Crew tank, Old Navy jeans, Brazilian beetle boots, Bloomingdales bag

Thrifting Tip: Table Cloths, Not just for Tables

Scarves are essential in the PNW. I have two rules when it comes to buying a scarf; 1. It's square & 2. It's very big. And table cloths are both of those. I purchased two table cloths today to use as scarves. One is plaid with tassels & the other a good neutral w/fringe. I've also purchased a small throw blanket that I have always worn as a scarf & it's probably my favorite. Take a gander at the table cloths next time you're browsing the thrift, & don't be afraid to swing it around your neck & see how it looks!
